-24 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule.

-You can manage your appointments through the online booking and your service provider will be notified.

-Refunds/credits cannot be given for no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

-Appointments begin and end at scheduled time

-If you are a new client, please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out paperwork.

-We do not have a receptionist and the front door is locked when we are in a service. If you are early and the door is locked, please give us a moment to finish with the previous appointment.

Spa 22 does not have a landline phone or receptionist to handle calls. Our therapists are working with clients throughout the day and return messages at the first available opportunity.
